Emergency Services
Every minute counts in an emergency and the longer a problem is delayed in receiving treatment, the more critical it becomes. The staff at Linderman Animal Hospital are trained and experienced in handling critical and emergency situations and will see these patients upon arrival.
Pets can’t tell us what’s wrong, so if you notice any of these signs, please bring your pet in immediately:
- Blue, white, or very pale gums
- Labored breathing
- Collapse/ non-responsiveness
- Dizziness, stumbling, or circling
- Inability to walk/ dragging a limb
- Swollen or bloated abdomen
- Seizures
- Crying out when moving/ touched
- Elevated or low body temperature
Emergency care is offered during regular business hours, with arrangements made after hours for critical patients to be transferred to our local emergency clinic. After-hours and weekend emergencies should contact their local animal emergency hospital.
